As your real estate advisor, I will be there with you every step of the way. From LISTENING and determining what area/home/neighborhood is perfect for you and your family. I will NOT just show you every home available in your price range. I will take the time to personally screen each and every home available on the market to ensure that it falls well into your criteria. I will assist you with mortgage, title, insurance, schools; even tell you the best restaurants (in my opinion, of course) and shopping areas in relation to your prospective new home. I will continue to be there for you AFTER THE SALE as well. And, of course, your privacy is of utmost importance and will be maintained at all times. If you ever have any question at all, call me and I will promptly answer it for you. I believe your agent should be your agent for life and it is my desire to be just that person!
